Shore, a lifelong Dolphins fan, began his career with the team in 2010 as a workers compensation intern while attending law school. Over the years, he has risen through the ranks, surviving multiple regime changes initiated by Dolphins owner Stephen Ross. Shore holds a bachelor's degree from Elon University and a doctorate from the University of Miami Law School.
