that the Universal United Kingdom Resort will be constructed in Bedfordshire, with completion expected by 2031. The park is projected to attract 8.5 million visitors annually. Comcast plans to invest £5 billion in the 476-acre complex over the first five years, with an additional £1 billion in capital investment over the first decade of operation. The UK government will contribute £1.3 billion towards regional and local community infrastructure to support the park's operations. This development is expected to generate £50 billion in economic benefits and create 28,000 jobs.
