The New York-based dance-rock duo Fcukers, consisting of Shanny Wise and Jackson Walker Lewis, has released their debut album titled 'Ö'. The album's release marks a significant achievement for the duo, who initially faced uncertainty about its completion.
Fcukers gained attention with their 2024 EP 'Baggy$$', which established them as a prominent act in the post-Brat dance scene. Their unique sound blends electronic beats, guitar, disco elements, and Wise's distinctive vocals. Despite the pressure following their EP's success, the duo overcame creative hurdles with the help of producer Kenneth Blume, known as Kenny Beats. The album, featuring additional production by Dylan Brady of 100 gecs, is released under Ninja Tune, a label known for supporting both band and electronic projects.
