China Southern Airlines, the largest airline in China, has successfully sold its fleet of 10 Boeing 787-8 aircraft through an online auction. These aircraft, which are over 12 years old, were delivered in 2013 and 2014 and have been part of the airline's

The 787-8s, primarily operating out of Ürümqi in western China, are expected to be leased to Thai Airways, which plans to acquire 10 of these aircraft through a leasing company.
