Participants are required to submit a 500-1,000 word essay inspired by 'Love Letters,' a reflective exercise designed to reconnect professionals with their passion and purpose in the industry. The essay should explore what initially drew them to the industry, what continues to inspire them, and the impact they hope to make in the future. The winner will receive a cash award, national recognition, and industry-wide visibility for their excellence in service and leadership.
