Embrace Real Estate and 1823 Partners have acquired the historic Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco from Jamestown. The acquisition includes 12 buildings in the Fisherman’s Wharf district, known for its rich history and as a major adaptive reuse project.
The new owners, in partnership with Continuum Partners, plan to enhance the property by introducing new tenants and experiences while maintaining its historical significance. Ghirardelli Square, a popular tourist destination, attracts nearly nine million visitors annually and houses the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company’s flagship store, among other attractions.
