Hermon's, a new sophisticated bistro, has opened in the Hermon neighborhood of Northeast Los Angeles. This development comes after the Last Word hospitality team's original plans to open a restaurant in Malibu
were thwarted by a fire that destroyed the historic former sheriff's station on Pacific Coast Highway. Co-founders Holly Fox and Adam Weisblatt have introduced Hermon's as a tribute to their original concept, featuring a menu with elevated yet approachable dishes. The restaurant is located in a former church banquet hall and is already being embraced by locals as a welcome addition to the dining scene. The menu, crafted by chef David Kolender, includes creative American bistro-style dishes such as a decadent cheeseburger, steak frites, and mushroom bourguignon.
