St. John Bosco High School is set to host an eight-team seven-on-seven passing tournament this Saturday, marking the beginning of the third year for quarterback Koa Malau'ulu as he leads the school's offense. This event is one of three significant passing tournaments
taking place over the weekend, with Dana Hills and Long Beach Millikan also organizing similar competitions. The tournament at St. John Bosco, known as the Brave 8 Invitational, will feature top programs from Southern California, including Corona Centennial, which will see the debut of Cathedral transfer Jaden Jefferson at quarterback. The tournament is scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. Meanwhile, Dana Hills will host a 16-team tournament featuring schools like Oxnard Pacifica, Laguna Beach, and Crean Lutheran, with games beginning at 8 a.m. Long Beach Millikan's tournament will start at 9 a.m.
