Romina Tamburello's first solo feature film, 'The Friends of My Parents,' is being produced in collaboration with Argentina's Pez Cine and Lechiguana Films, Uruguay's El Cielo Cine, and Spain's Imval Producciones. The film, an intimate autobiographical
comedy, explores themes of desire in old age and challenges generational prejudices. It is currently being presented at the Malaga Festival MAFF co-production forum and will continue to the Guadalajara Co-Production Meeting in April. The film is based on Tamburello's novel and has won several development awards.
