Libra Energy Materials has announced the results of its maiden diamond drilling program at the Stimson Project in Ontario, Canada, revealing a significant graphite intercept. The drilling, specifically hole ST26-001, returned 14.7 meters at 4.7% compacted
graphite, with some samples reaching up to 10.45% graphite content. This discovery confirms the presence of a graphite-bearing system at the site, prompting the company to plan further evaluations of flake size, extent, and scale. Although no additional drilling is currently planned, Libra Energy intends to conduct a surface prospecting program to refine the geological model and trace graphitic horizons. The Stimson Project is strategically located near Power Metals' Case Lake deposit, which is known for lithium, caesium, and tantalum prospects.
