However, the pandemic and subsequent economic challenges led to a collapse in the office market, causing Sterling Bay to lose control of the site. The new dealership will serve as Cadillac's Midwest flagship, joining other flagship locations in Manhattan and Los Angeles. The groundbreaking event featured a Cadillac Formula 1 race car and a luxury sedan, highlighting the brand's commitment to providing a luxury experience in Chicago.
