The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) is enhancing its Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Challenge Exam to better align with the Global Internal Audit Standards. Starting June 1, 2026, the exam will be offered as a unified test for all candidates, regardless

Additionally, the IIA is launching a six-month pilot for an experience-based eligibility pathway, targeting professionals with over ten years of internal audit experience.
