Additional amenities include a fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a courtyard with barbecue grills and a fire pit, a 24-hour market, and two meeting rooms with a total of 1,125 square feet of space. A rooftop restaurant, Flora Loca Rooftop Cantina, is set to open in summer 2026, offering views and a menu inspired by the cultural and culinary influences of Ventura County and Mexico.
