Svitzer, a global towage services provider, has announced a reshuffle in its leadership team for the Americas and Europe. Arjen Van Dijk, who has been managing director of Svitzer Americas for six years, will now lead the company's European operations. Daniel Reedtz Cohen, with 12 years at Svitzer and extensive experience in Brazil, will succeed Van Dijk as managing director of Svitzer Americas. Both executives will join Svitzer's executive leadership team, reporting to CEO Kasper Friis Nilaus. The leadership transition is part of Svitzer's strategy to strengthen its operations and expand its footprint in the Americas, where it currently operates in 13 countries with over 100 vessels.
