Jet2.com and Jetstar have announced new routes as part of their summer 2027 schedules, enhancing travel options for passengers. Jet2.com will introduce three new destinations from Bournemouth and Edinburgh. From Bournemouth, the airline will offer a weekly
Sunday service to Reus, Spain, from May 2 to October 31, 2027. From Edinburgh, Jet2.com will launch weekly Wednesday flights to Crete, Greece, and weekly Sunday flights to Pula, Croatia. These additions will expand Jet2.com's summer 2027 network to 18 destinations from Bournemouth and 40 from Edinburgh. Meanwhile, Jetstar will commence a seasonal nonstop service between Christchurch, New Zealand, and Perth, Australia, from October 2026 to March 2027. The service will operate three times a week using Airbus A321LR aircraft, providing over 30,000 seats during the period. This new route aims to offer New Zealanders an affordable and convenient connection to Western Australia's attractions.
