The Missouri track and field team concluded the SEC Outdoor Championships with several impressive performances, securing multiple top-10 finishes. Ames Burton led the team by placing seventh in the women's discus with a personal best of 54.79 meters,
maintaining Mizzou's No. 6 program record in the event. In the women's 5,000-meter race, Monika Wanjiku finished sixth, while Kobi Walker and Allison Newman also posted strong times. Lasse Funck achieved a sixth-place finish in the men's 1,500 meters, and Drew Rogers placed 17th in the men's 5,000 meters. Despite some challenges, such as Anna Vedral not clearing the pole vault height, the team showed promise as they prepare for the NCAA West First Round.
