GE Aerospace has announced a Rs 100 crore investment in its Pune manufacturing facility to enhance infrastructure and production capabilities. This investment will support the implementation of new welding technologies, advanced inspection equipment,
and precision tools. The Pune facility, which produces critical components for commercial aircraft engines, is part of GE Aerospace's broader network of over 2,200 suppliers in India. The investment aims to increase production capacity and improve process precision, contributing to the delivery of high-quality components globally. This move builds on previous investments totaling Rs 410 crore over the past two years, bringing the total investment in the facility to Rs 510 crore.
