Bidwells has been appointed as the managing agent for Crown Estate Scotland's rural portfolios, covering 87,400 acres across the North and South of Scotland. This appointment strengthens a 25-year relationship between Bidwells and Crown Estate Scotland. The
contract includes managing a diverse mix of tenant farms, small businesses, residential properties, and visitor attractions. The management will be conducted from Perth and Inverness, with Bidwells planning to expand its Estate Management team in Scotland by a third. The five-year contract, with a potential four-year extension, will be overseen by Ralph Peters, Head of Rural, Scotland at Bidwells.
