Nicolas Laufrais has been appointed as the Senior Director of Commercial for the Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay and Four Seasons Resort Bali at Sayan. In his new role, Laufrais will oversee the commercial strategy for both resorts, focusing
on integrating sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives. Laufrais brings over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and revenue management within the international hospitality industry. Prior to this appointment, he spent two years in Bali leading the commercial positioning and launch strategy at Regent Bali Canggu. His previous roles include Head of Commercial at InterContinental Cascais-Estoril and Director of Sales and Marketing at Conrad Bora Bora Nui.
