Xn Global Systems and Elavon have launched xnPOS MPay, a new mobile point-of-sale (POS) device designed to enhance service efficiency in hotels. The device integrates xnPOS software with Elavon's payment processing capabilities, allowing hotel staff to take
orders and process payments anywhere on the property. This innovation aims to untether staff from fixed tills, enabling faster service and improved guest experiences. The device features a high-definition display, integrated printer, and supports various payment methods, including Chip & PIN and contactless payments. Initial pilots in U.S. hotels have been successful, and the product is now available for full launch.
