70 employees across Atlanta and Los Angeles. Hudson Pacific Properties, which acquired Quixote Studios in 2022 for $360 million, has had to write down the entire value of its Quixote unit because of significant operating losses. Despite these challenges, Hudson Pacific's other properties, such as Sunset Studios, remain unaffected and are largely leased to major production companies like Netflix.
