Pizza Hut has announced the return of its popular 90s reading incentive program, BOOK IT!, now rebranded as 'Summer of Stories'. The program, which originally launched in the mid-1980s, encourages children from Pre-K to 6th grade to read books during
the summer in exchange for a free Personal Pan Pizza. Enrollment for the program began on May 1, and participants can earn digital Reading Award Certificates by reaching reading milestones. These certificates can be redeemed for a free one-topping Personal Pan Pizza at Pizza Hut. The initiative aims to promote literacy among children while offering a nostalgic nod to Gen X and Millennials who participated in the program during their childhood.
