What's Happening?
Evok Collection has announced the opening of Nolinski Golfe de Saint-Tropez in Gassin, scheduled for April 2027. This marks the first time the Nolinski brand is expanding beyond its traditional urban settings, having previously established locations in Paris
and Venice. The new resort will be situated in the iconic former Mas de Chastelas, surrounded by three hectares of landscaped gardens. The project is a collaboration between Zaka Investments and Evok Collection, with strategic investment from Famille C Participations. Designed by Nathan Litera, the resort will feature 55 rooms and suites, a restaurant and bar, wellness and spa facilities, a kids club, and two pools. The design aims to capture the essence of the Riviera with clean lines and sensuous materials, offering a complete five-star experience.
Why It's Important?
The opening of Nolinski Golfe de Saint-Tropez represents a significant expansion for the Evok Collection, as it ventures into non-urban luxury hospitality. This move could set a precedent for other luxury brands to explore similar expansions, potentially reshaping the landscape of high-end travel destinations. The development is likely to attract affluent tourists to the region, boosting local tourism and economy. Additionally, the involvement of strategic investors like Famille C Participations highlights the growing interest in luxury hospitality investments, which could lead to increased competition and innovation in the sector.
What's Next?
Reservations for Nolinski Golfe de Saint-Tropez will open in July 2026, ahead of its official opening in April 2027. As the project progresses, it will be important to monitor how the resort positions itself in the competitive luxury market and how it impacts the local economy and tourism industry. The success of this venture could influence future developments by Evok Collection and other luxury brands considering similar expansions.
