won against UCLA. The latest addition to this streak was the victory of the Stanford men's gymnastics team at the 2026 National Collegiate Men's Gymnastics Championships held in Champaign, Illinois. Over the years, Stanford has accumulated 138 national championships across 20 different sports, surpassing UCLA's record of 126 championships in 21 sports. The streak is the longest in NCAA history, with Stanford's women's tennis team contributing 20 titles and men's tennis adding 15 titles during this period.
