Chatsworth High School's volleyball team triumphed over Granada Hills to win the City Section Open Division championship. The victory marked Chatsworth's 12th City Section volleyball title. The match concluded with scores of 24-26, 25-21, 25-14, and 25-18,
showcasing a strong comeback after losing the first set. Key players included Noa Beauregard, who led with 14 kills, and Grant Chang, who contributed 13 kills. Coach Sina Aghassy successfully guided the team to settle down and dominate after the initial setback. Both Chatsworth and Granada Hills will advance to the state tournament, with pairings to be announced soon.
