FedEx Express and Tulsa Tech achieved significant success at the Aerospace Maintenance Council's 2026 Competition held at MRO Americas in Orlando. FedEx Express's Team MEM, representing Memphis International Airport, emerged as the top team overall, securing
victories in the MRO/OEM category and four other competition events. Additionally, FedEx Express Team Indy claimed first place in the commercial category, winning five events. Tulsa Tech's Adult Students team triumphed in the school category, winning the Moeller Click-Loc Challenge event and receiving the AireXpert Dream Team Award. Tulsa Tech's Aerospace Academy team also excelled, winning two events. Other notable winners included Aircraft Engineers International in the general aviation category and the U.S. Army's 128th Aviation Brigade—Team Chinook in the military category. The competition also recognized individual achievements, with Tiffany Gray from Team Chinook and Jeremy Janes from Chennault Aviation Maintenance Academy receiving professionalism awards.
