Ty Iechyd Da Distillery in Springfield has launched the Centennial Spirits Line to commemorate the Route 66 Centennial. This line includes bourbon, gin, vodka, and agave spirit, crafted to honor a century of American adventure. The spirits are available
at Ty Iechyd Da Distillery and Springfield Brewing Company locations, as well as select local retailers. The 'Birthplace of Route 66 Centennial Spirits' is offered at 100 proof, celebrating the Route 66 Centennial Kickoff Celebration. Additionally, a limited edition blend, the 'Ghost of the Colonial Hotel Centennial Blend,' is released with 752 bottles at 108 proof, commemorating a historic telegram from 1926. Neil and Christina Chanter, co-owners of the distillery, expressed pride in Springfield's history and the launch of the spirits line, emphasizing the spirit of freedom and exploration that Route 66 represents.
