Nvidia has announced the upcoming release of its DLSS 4.5 technology, which will be available starting March 31st for users with RTX 50-series GPUs. This new version introduces 6x Multi Frame Generation, allowing the technology to generate five additional
frames for every single natively rendered one, achieving a maximum 6X multiplier. This marks a significant improvement from the previous DLSS 4, which could only generate up to three additional frames. Additionally, Nvidia is launching Dynamic Frame Generation, which will enable automatic switching between Multi Frame Generation multipliers to maintain the target frame rate for a game or the display’s refresh rate.
