HospitalityNet is calling on professionals within the hotel industry to participate in a study focused on the real-world applications and results of artificial intelligence (AI) in hospitality. The research, conducted by h2c GmbH, aims to explore how
AI is being utilized across various aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, operations, and distribution. Participants can contribute through a 30-minute interview or a 20-minute online survey, available in multiple languages. The study seeks to gather candid feedback from hoteliers to help shape future AI developments in the industry. Participants will receive an exclusive Executive Summary of the findings, which will include insights not available to the public.
