The Sun Belt Conference has unveiled the seedings and matchups for the 2026 Visit Pensacola Sun Belt Men's Basketball Championship, presented by the Air Force Reserve. The tournament is scheduled to take place from March 3 to March 9 at the Pensacola Bay
Center in Pensacola, Florida. All 14 Sun Belt institutions will compete in this single-elimination tournament. Troy University, having secured the regular season championship with a 20-11 overall record and a 12-6 record in conference play, has been awarded the No. 1 seed. This marks Troy's second consecutive regular season title. The tournament format, revised prior to the 2024-25 season, grants byes to the semifinals for the top two seeds, Troy and Marshall. Coastal Carolina and App State, seeded third and fourth respectively, will receive byes to the quarterfinals. The tournament will be broadcast on ESPN+, with the championship game airing on ESPN2.
