London-based private investment management firm RoundShield has acquired the Corinthia Lake Como development from the Roncoroni family. The site, located at the Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club on Lake Como, Italy, will be developed into a five-star, 58-room hotel by Italian real estate investment manager Kervis SGR S.p.A. The project will include three branded residences, a golf club, a spa, and a lakefront club with direct access to the water. Subject to final planning approvals, the opening is targeted for late 2028, with Corinthia Hotels Group set to manage the hotel.
