BWH Hotels has opened the first @HOME by Best Western property in the United States, located in St. George, Utah. Developed in partnership with Prime Hospitality, the hotel offers 92 apartment-style studios designed for long-term stays, featuring kitchens,
workspaces, and social patios. The property includes community areas such as a pool and fitness center, catering to the growing demand for flexible accommodations. This development marks the fourth collaboration between BWH Hotels and Prime Hospitality, joining other properties near Zion National Park and in Nevada. The brand aims to expand to 34 hotels globally by the end of 2026.
Why It's Important?
The launch of @HOME by Best Western in the U.S. reflects a strategic move by BWH Hotels to capture the growing market for extended-stay accommodations. As travel patterns evolve, with more guests seeking long-term, flexible lodging options, this development positions BWH Hotels to meet these demands. The partnership with Prime Hospitality strengthens BWH's presence in key markets, enhancing its competitive edge. The expansion of the @HOME brand aligns with broader industry trends towards offering more personalized and adaptable hospitality experiences, which could drive increased occupancy and revenue.
What's Next?
BWH Hotels plans to continue expanding the @HOME by Best Western brand, with additional openings planned in Canada and Georgia. The success of these properties will likely influence future development strategies, potentially leading to further collaborations and innovations in the extended-stay sector. As the hospitality industry adapts to changing consumer preferences, BWH Hotels may explore additional amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and maintain its competitive position.
