Florida State University's football coaching staff is undergoing significant changes following the conclusion of the 2025 season. Three assistant coaches have left the program, including defensive backs coach Patrick Surtain Sr., running backs coach David Johnson, and quarterbacks coach Tony Tokarz. In response, FSU has hired new coaches, including EDGE coach Nick Williams, cornerbacks coach Blue Adams, and running backs coach Kam Martin. Additionally, assistant offensive line coach Cooper Williams is set to leave FSU to join Tokarz at Buffalo as the Bulls' offensive line coach. Williams has been part of the FSU coaching staff since 2020, following head coach Mike Norvell from Memphis. His departure marks the end of his second stint with the Seminoles,
