Highgate-managed adventure resorts in Alaska. His extensive background includes overseeing multi-site hotel, marina, food and beverage, and excursion operations. Herod has also provided leadership to underperforming or transitional assets across Highgate’s portfolio, including properties in Colorado, Arizona, and Alaska. He holds an Associate of Arts in Business and has been actively involved in industry leadership roles.
