Gordon Ramsay Restaurants North America is launching a new dessert called 'Sin Cake,' created by Stefanie Embree, winner of the Next Level Baker competition. The dessert will be available for a limited time at select Ramsay's Kitchen and Hell's Kitchen locations
across the U.S. 'Sin Cake' features a combination of devil's food cake, espresso buttercream, blackberry sauce, fresh blackberries, and gold leaf. The dessert reflects Embree's nostalgic approach to baking, inspired by her early memories of coffee and chocolate. It will debut on April 22 in Naperville, Oklahoma City, and Boston, followed by Washington, D.C. and Miami on April 29.
