Ashley Chung has rejoined Winston & Strawn as a partner in its appellate and critical motions practice in Chicago. Previously, Chung served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, where she supervised the criminal
appellate section at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois. During her tenure, she authored numerous briefs for the Seventh Circuit and argued multiple appeals. Her prosecutorial experience includes handling over 50 cases involving public corruption, financial fraud, money laundering, child exploitation, and violent crime.
