Robert R. Smith, a Master Sommelier, has been appointed as the Director of Food & Beverage at ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection. Smith is one of the few professionals globally to hold the Master Sommelier title

Smith brings over two decades of experience in luxury food and beverage operations, having worked at prestigious establishments like the two-MICHELIN-starred Picasso at Bellagio Las Vegas.
