Her new role underscores the strategic importance of the MICE segment as a growth driver for the hotel group, which operates nearly 500 conference rooms in Central Europe and hosts approximately 26,000 events annually. Bartels will lead a team of five specialists to enhance proactive sales efforts, expand market presence, and explore new opportunities within the MICE sector.
