Millennium Hotels and Resorts New Zealand has announced the appointment of Pat Monneron as the General Sales Agent (GSA) for the Australian market. Based in Sydney, Monneron will be responsible for managing corporate Travel Management Company (TMC) relationships,
meetings, incentives, conferences, and events (MICE), as well as entertainment and sporting accounts. He will also handle direct corporate contracting for New Zealand properties. Monneron brings over 30 years of experience in global travel distribution and corporate account management, having held senior roles at Accor, Mirvac Hotels and Resorts, and other major hospitality brands. His role will also involve increasing the visibility of Millennium Hotels and Resorts at key industry trade events such as the Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) and the Festival of Aviation & Corporate Travel Summit (FACTS).
