The company will now operate under two divisions: U.S. Operations and International Operations. Mike Hoberman has been appointed as CEO of U.S. Operations, reporting to interim President and CEO Bruce Swain. Hoberman will oversee all U.S. businesses, while Canada transitions into international operations under Andrew Bart. Additionally, Pat Van Bakel has been named chief commercial & strategy officer, tasked with leading global strategy formulation and execution.
