of experience in gold and copper mining, as a non-executive director. Reed's extensive background includes roles at Sandfire Resources, Saracen Mineral Holdings, Endeavour Mining, and St Barbara. Additionally, Jeff Bowen, an experienced metallurgist and project manager, has been appointed as Study Manager to oversee the Pre-Feasibility Study and Definitive Feasibility Study at Mt York. Bowen brings nearly 30 years of experience in study management and process engineering. Robert Klug will transition from the board to a full-time role as Chief Legal and Financial Officer, leveraging his 30 years of experience with ASX-listed companies.
