Airkey, a China-based cleanroom manufacturer, has successfully designed and delivered a fully free-standing ISO 8 modular cleanroom for an Australian client involved in product development across various industries, including pharmaceuticals and food.

Airkey's solution involved installing adjustable raised floors to create a level surface without altering the existing floor. The cleanroom, measuring approximately 36.5 square meters, includes a logical contamination control sequence with a changing room, buffer room, and laboratory area. The client was initially skeptical about the installation process, but a factory visit to China, where they observed and participated in the assembly, alleviated their concerns.
