Mirabito Holdings Inc., a convenience store chain based in Binghamton, New York, has acquired nine stores from Quicklee’s, a chain located in Avon, New York. This acquisition is part of Mirabito's strategy to expand its footprint in western New York. The
newly acquired stores will be rebranded under the Mirabito name and are expected to transition this spring. Mirabito currently operates 108 convenience stores across New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont. The acquisition will enhance Mirabito's offerings in these areas, providing communities with reliable fuel, quality food, and convenient shopping experiences. The stores will continue to offer a wide range of products, including fuel, snacks, drinks, and grocery items, with some locations featuring fresh food and beverages. Additionally, four of the acquired locations include car washes.
