Greg Manifold has been appointed as the Vice President of Visuals & Design at CNN Worldwide. In this newly created role, Manifold will be responsible for leading and elevating visual journalism and design
across CNN's daily news coverage, including breaking news, features, and enterprise reporting. He will also play a significant role in shaping CNN's visual identity across all platforms. Manifold joins CNN after a 20-year tenure at the Washington Post, where he served as Head of Visuals. During his time at the Post, he led visual storytelling initiatives that significantly enhanced the publication's journalism. His work contributed to the Post being named the World's Best-Designed digital site twice and winning the Society for News Design's Best in Show honor three times. Manifold's career includes producing the virtual reality film '12 Seconds of Gunfire' and serving as a visual editor for 'The Mueller Report Illustrated.'
