and is now being offered at $18.75 million. The penthouse, which remains unbuilt, comes with approved plans by SPAN Architecture, allowing the new owner to customize the space. The auction, managed by Concierge Auctions in partnership with Tal Reznick of Nest Seekers International, will run until July 14. The penthouse offers unobstructed views of Central Park and includes 1,200 square feet of exterior living space. The Hampshire House, built in the 1930s, is a notable residence on Central Park South, having housed celebrities like Rupert Murdoch and Luciano Pavarotti.
