This collaboration with BITS Pilani not only enhances the skill set of the workforce but also supports the company's vision of becoming a world-class, integrated steel enterprise. The program's focus on digital transformation and sustainable practices is crucial for adapting to the evolving industrial landscape, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative.
What's Next?
Following the success of this MBA program, AM/NS India plans to continue its strategic partnership with BITS Pilani to further develop its workforce. With multiple batches already underway, the company is committed to ongoing capability building and leadership development.
