2 plant, with an annual production capacity of 11.2 million tonnes, involved 51 improvement initiatives over 1.5 years. The facility now features over 100 camera systems and 7,300 pieces of equipment and sensors integrated into its automation infrastructure. AI systems monitor and optimize more than 400 production variables in real-time, improving product quality and reducing unplanned downtime. During its pilot phase, the plant saw a 25% increase in productivity, with production reaching 9 million tonnes in 2024. The facility is expected to reach full capacity by 2026.
