Directed by and starring David Oyelowo, the film will also feature Rachel Brosnahan and Cynthia Erivo. Set to be shot in Doha, the adaptation reimagines the classic play in a contemporary war-torn desert setting. The project marks Broccoli's first since selling Bond rights to Amazon MGM and taps into Qatar's new screen production incentive, offering up to a 50% cash rebate on qualifying expenses.
