Netflix has announced a price increase for its U.S. subscription plans, marking the second hike in less than two years. The Standard With Ads plan will now cost $8.99 per month, up from $7.99, while the Standard plan without ads rises by $2 to $19.99
per month. The Premium plan, offering Ultra HD and HDR streaming on up to four devices, also sees a $2 increase to $26.99 per month. This price adjustment follows a similar increase in January 2025, coinciding with Netflix's expansion into live programming, including Major League Baseball. The company has also integrated more video episodes of podcasts onto its platform.
