Omni Hotels & Resorts is advancing the development of the Omni Raleigh Hotel, a significant project in the revitalization of downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. The hotel is strategically located between the Raleigh Convention Center and the Martin Marietta
Center for the Performing Arts. Scheduled to open in late 2028, the 29-story hotel will feature 600 guest rooms, a 20,000-square-foot ballroom, and 61,000 square feet of meeting space. This development aims to enhance Raleigh's capacity for conventions and meetings, supporting the expansion of the Raleigh Convention Center. The hotel will also offer various amenities, including a rooftop pool, a sports bar, and North Carolina's first Bob's Steak & Chop House.
